Cheese-making it has been a tradition for decades In Macedonia (Greece). And so our father Vangelis Bogiatzis became a piece of this tradition for over 40 years. After many years of experience in cheese-making factories of province (FILOTA FLORINIS from 1969 up to 1976) and in the area of Thessaloniki (Zagkliberi from 1976 up to 1978, Leykochori from 1978 up to 1981) and after continuous work and effort, in 1981 he managed to open his own cheese-making factory in Peribolaki village (means “little farm”) at the region of Lagkadas.

Having as an ally the quality and know-how and with the prestige that acquired all these years in the cheese-supplying branch, accomplished to deliver the factory in 2002 to us, as an excellently organized family enterprise. Based on his principals, his ideas and his beliefs, all three of us followed on his footsteps, we succeeded in continuing his work and to appear worthy to his expectations.

Our company, exclusively specialized in the white cheeses as FETA PDO (Protected Designation of Origin), Traditional and Lefko cheese, has as result our expertise and continuous improvement of these products.

All these years we have succeeded in keeping the high quality of our products on the same time with their continuous development.

Through the direct contact with our customers, we always try for the best, meaning the maintaining of high quality throughout keeping the lowest possible cost.

Macedonia is a geographic and historical region of Greece in the southern Balkans. Macedonia is the largest and second most populous Greek region, dominated by mountains in the interior and the port cities of Thessaloniki (or Salonika) and Kavala on its southern coastline.

Macedonia is part of Northern Greece, together with Thrace and sometimes Thessaly and Epirus.

In our privately-owned 1,500 square meters, our fresh products are produced with the special traditional Greek flavor.

QUALITY

We collect our milk from over 100 producers of Macedonia in Greece. The choice is made under strict criteria and after checking the raw material to ensure maximum quality in our final product.

The entire production process has been certified according to HACCP 22000 standards Vogiatzis Company is certified by COSMOCERT for the production and trade of feta PDO.
