DESCRIPTION

Traditional cheese of brine with at least 2 months maturation. Made in the old traditional way, it drains into a chaise. Hard in texture with intense aftertaste and aromas.

Ingredients: produced exclusively by local,fresh, pasteurized goat’s milk (50%) and sheep's milk (50%).
