DESCRIPTION

Finest cheese of brine with at least 3 months maturation. The famous Greek Feta with fanatic friends all over the world. Cheese with rich flavour that is produced exclusively by local, fresh, pasteurized milk or mixed with goatish (until 30%) from the region of Vertiskos.

Ingredients: milk (sheep or goatish), salt, cultivation of lactic acid, rennet.

Fat on dry mass 43% min. Humidity 56% max.
