DESCRIPTION

Traditional white cheese of brine with at least 2 months maturation. Tasty cheese with richly buttery flavor. It is produced from fresh, pasteurized, sheep's, goatish and cow milk (until 30%).

Ingredients: milk (sheep, goatish, cow), salt, cultivation of lactic acid, rennet.

Fat on dry mass 43% min. Humidity 56% max.
