Goatish cheese of brine with at least 2 months maturation. Hard enough white cheese with lightly intense and spicy flavor. It is produced from (100%) pasteurized goatish milk exclusively from lagadas region.

Ingredients: milk (goatish), salt, cultivation of lactic acid, goatish rennet.
