White cheese of brine with at least 15 days maturation. Cheese with mild and slightly sour flavor also known as “Telemes”. It is produced from (100%) pasteurized, fresh, cow milk.

Ingredients: milk (cow), salt, cultivation of lactic acid, rennet.
