Substitute cheese of brine with at least 15 days maturation. Product with slightly sour and neutral flavor. It is produced by fresh pasteurized cow milk (100%) and vegetable oil and creams.

Ingredients: milk (cow 100%), vegetable oils and creams, salt, cultivation of lactic acid, rennet.

Fat on dry mass 43% min. Humidity 56% max.
