Preperation time: 20 min
• 300g Vogiatzi FETA cheese
• flour, seasoned with black pepper to coat the cheese
• 1/3 cup of olive oil for the pan
• large bowl of iced water
Cut the Feta cheese in narrow slices and put them in a bowl of iced water for a few seconds, this makes the flour stick to the cheese and form the crust. Take the slices out of the water and roll them in the flour. Fry the Feta cheese slices in a flying pan with the olive oil until they become crispy.
Serve hot with white bread.
